Cookies are used, among other things, to enable certain functions (such as logging into the Customer Portal), to track how visitors use the website, and to remember your preferences. This cookie policy forms part of our Privacy Policy.

On our order page (“Kopen”) we use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and misuse of the form. This service from Google LLC places cookies and may process data outside the EU. More information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
3. Consent and management
We only use necessary cookies: cookies required to make the website and order form work and to keep them secure. No prior consent is required for this type of cookie. Should this change — for example if we start using functional, analytics or marketing cookies — we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. You can always refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings; this may mean that parts of the website, such as the Customer Portal or the order form, no longer work properly.
4. Retention period
Necessary session cookies expire when you close your browser or your session ends. Google reCAPTCHA cookies are subject to Google's retention policy.

We may amend this cookie policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
