These Terms of Use apply to the general use of the website healthyclimate.nl. If you purchase equipment or take out a subscription, the terms referenced in Article 1 below also apply.

Article 1 – Applicability and order of precedence

1.1These Terms of Use apply to any use of the website healthyclimate.nl.

1.2The purchase of equipment (MCM, HCM, EMB) is governed by our Terms of Sale.

1.3Subscriptions and use of the Customer Portal and the App are governed, in addition to the Terms of Sale, by our Subscription and Data Terms.

1.4In the event of a conflict: the Subscription and Data Terms govern subscriptions and data, the Terms of Sale govern other purchases, and these Terms of Use govern all other use of the website — in each case only to the extent that the relevant topic is specifically addressed there.

Article 2 – Use of the website

2.1You may only use the website for lawful purposes.

2.2You may not use the website in a way that impairs its availability or functioning, or automatically collect data from the website (scraping) without our prior consent.

Article 3 – Intellectual property

3.1All content on this website — text, images, design and logos — is owned by Iconize B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

3.2You may view this content and download it for your own, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Article 4 – Liability

4.1We make every effort to keep the information on this website up to date and accurate, but do not guarantee this.

4.2Any liability for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website is excluded, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Healthy Climate Solutions.

4.3We are not liable for damage resulting from force majeure.

7.1These terms are governed by Dutch law.

7.2Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the place of establishment of Healthy Climate Solutions, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
