1. Who we are

Healthy Climate Solutions is a trade name of Iconize B.V., registered at Hoofdstraat 252, 3972 LK Driebergen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 77773969, VAT number NL861138600B01. 2. What data we collect

Via the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and visit times, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy), and data you provide yourself when making a contact or quote request (name, email address, (company) address, phone number, payment details).

Via the Customer Portal and the App: account data such as name, email address, company details and login credentials.

Via the equipment (MCM, HCM, EMB): measurement and sensor data on barn climate conditions (temperature, humidity, ammonia and CH₄ concentrations, etc.) and, where applicable, video or photo material. This data generally relates to the barn and its surroundings and is normally not traceable to an individual. To the extent that video material unintentionally captures people (for example staff), that material is treated as personal data and handled in accordance with this policy. Ownership of, and access to, this measurement data is governed by our Subscription and Data Terms.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Performance of the contract: delivery, installation and maintenance of equipment, and management of your subscription and Customer Portal/App;
  • Legal obligation, such as statutory tax retention requirements;
  • Legitimate interest: security of our systems, improvement of our products and services, and maintaining the customer relationship;
  • Consent, for example for a newsletter or non-essential cookies — you may withdraw this at any time.

4. Retention periods

  • Customer and contract data: for the duration of the agreement and thereafter for as long as required by statutory (tax) retention periods (in the Netherlands typically 7 years);
  • Sensor and measurement data: for the duration of your subscription, and after termination for the 90-day export period described in the Subscription and Data Terms, unless a longer retention obligation applies;
  • Website and cookie data: see our Cookie Policy;
  • Job application and general contact data: a maximum of 4 weeks after handling, or longer with your consent.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with parties that support us (such as hosting, IT management, accounting and shipping), only to the extent necessary and under a data processing agreement where required. We only share measurement data from your equipment with third parties if you give consent via the App or Customer Portal, in accordance with the Subscription and Data Terms and the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854). We do not sell data to third parties. Data is only transferred outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing, including encryption of data traffic, access restrictions to systems and periodic reviews.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@healthyclimate.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. In the event of material changes — for example a different legal basis for processing — we will inform you via the website or, where relevant, by email.
